With some more of our 'senior' U12s back, Ballinkillen fielded a strong team for this game and dominated from the start. Colin Byrne, Mark Foley and Cian Delaney made a big impact on their return to action for the club. Early goals from Eoin Whelan and Aaron Lennon Corcoran set the tone and there was no let up from there. Thomas O'Donoghue's performance was praised by his team mates. Thomas had a great game - in defence in the first half and in the attack in the second. There was a good spread of scorers - Eoin Whelan, Aaron Lennon Corcoran, Jack Treacy, Thomas O'Donoghue, Cian Delaney, Louis Brennan, Colin Byrne, Eamonn Normanly and Jack McLoughlin all contributing. St. Patrick's had some very skillful players including their goalkeeper who made a number of fine saves.
